Celebrating Andreas Seelisch: Leadership in Audiology

We take pride in celebrating and highlighting their achievements and success when they exemplify growth, initiative and excellence. We are thrilled to recognize Andreas Seelisch, Director of Audiology on his election as President of the Canadian Academy of Audiology (CAA).
The CAA is Canada’s only national organization dedicated exclusively to Audiology. Their mission is to enhance the role of audiologists as primary hearing health care providers through advocacy, education and research.
Aligning with Our Core Values
The work at CAA closely aligns with the core values Hearing Solutions holds. The Academy’s vision is to represent the audiology profession in Canada and be the primary source of information to its members, external groups, and the public. CAA is best known for educational efforts. This includes an annual conference and the Canadian Audiologist, a peer-reviewed journal. They have also played a huge role in advocacy for key issues in the field, such as ADP funding and ENT referrals.
