Yes. Following the hearing assessment, a detailed report is sent directly to your office. The report includes the name of the clinician who saw the patient, a summary of the results, observations, and any recommendations for follow-up or treatment. Our goal is to ensure you have the information needed to support your patient’s ongoing care.
No specific form is required to refer a patient. However, to make the process as easy and efficient for you as possible, we offer a referral form that can be quickly downloaded or submitted online. No, a referral is not required for a hearing test. However, many patients prefer to be referred by their physician, especially if they plan to use medical benefits such as third-party or government funding. Submitting a referral also allows us to keep you informed by sending you the results and any follow-up recommendations, ensuring continuity of care.
