According to a report published last year by Canada’s Public Health Agency, more than 30 percent of Canadians over the age of 65 have some sort of hearing loss. More than 50 percent of those Canadians have sensorineural hearing loss; the most common form of hearing loss among adults. With the population also showing signs of hearing loss at a younger age, including those in their 40’s, it has become more important than ever to ensure better hearing health.
